Is the Spacedust website secure?
Any personal information given to Spacedust will be protected. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Spacedust does not see or store your credit card information at any time. All credit card transaction are handled by Paypal on their secure servers using the latest SSL encryption. Paypal are the world’s #1 secure online payment provider. When it comes to enter your payment details, you will be taken to a new page with the URL beginning with “https://”. This indicates you are on Paypal’s secure server. How do I check my order status?
All orders will receive an order confirmation upon successful payment. At time of shipping you will also receive an email with shipping information. Orders over $10 will include a USPS tracking number that can be looked-up at the USPS website. The T-shirt that I want is out of stock. Will you be printing or getting more?
Our tees are printed in limited quantities. So they may quickly sell out if you purchase quick enough. The best way to find out when new designs are released is to sign up to our newsletter. You can find the signup form at the left of this page. How do I pay for my order?
We only accept Credit or Debit Cards for payment. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Only Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) can be accepted. How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please send an email to our orders department with the email subject: “Order Change”. Note that all such changes need to be made very soon after ordering, since once your order has been packed and shipped, we will be unable to change it. How do I add items to my order?
We’re unable to add to any order since we don’t store credit card information. You’ll have to place a new order for any additional items. How do I become a stockist?
Any stores wanting to carry Spacedust Apparel must first become an approved stockist. To apply to become a stockist, please and let us know a little about your store. Why has no one has responded to my emails?
During busy times, our customer service may be a bit backed up. If you sent an email and haven’t heard back from us after 6 business days, feel free to send a follow up email. However, there’s a good chance that we’ve received your email and have responded. Some email providers mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. Note: reading through this FAQ is the quickest way to get an answer to most questions. Do you accept PayPal as a form of payment?
Yes! You can spend the money you have sitting in your PayPal account to get some brand new tees. What currency is used on the site?
We offer a number of currencies including US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen, Mexican Peso, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona, and Swiss Francs. No, you can place an order without having an account. Registration is only required to make comments on blog articles or to add items to your wishlist. How long will my order take to arrive?
If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has shipped from our warehouse. Check the estimated delivery times for your shipping method: Domestic (US) Orders This shipping method typically takes 7-10 days to be delivered, but can take up to 20 days. Bad weather or local post office congestion can cause a delay. International Orders This shipping method can take up to 5 weeks to deliver a shipment. Shipments can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other destinations along the way. Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive from the date is was shipped. We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, but in busy periods, it may take a few days to ship your order. What can I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

We offer FREE standard USPS shipping in the continental USA. For international order, costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. Can I track my shipment?
In order to track orders over $10, please chack your shipping confirmation email. Rest assured that our shipping methods are very reliable and if you have placed an order it will be on it’s way. What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love what you order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period. Please check the size chart on the product page to ensure you’re ordering a size that will fit you perfectly. Please print and fill out the return form found here: Return Form. Let us know what you’re returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. You’ll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. If you’re asking for an exchange, we’ll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. We’ve created our shirts to feel and fit just like your favorite t-shirt – Lightweight and exceptionally soft. Just how you like it. On top of that, our T-shirts are 100% sweatshop-free. What are your washing instructions?
The instructions are as follows: The tees are 100% cotton tee shirts so expect a little shrinkage. To lessen this, try hang drying your tees. What size should I order for the perfect fit?
All of our T-shirts are unisex, based on Men’s sizing. They are some of the softest, best fitting T-shirts you’ll find anywhere. Guys:Our T-shirts are a modern, slim fit. - If you want a closer fitting tee, please order your regular size. Girls:Our tees are a unisex size and designed to be worn relaxed and loose. - If you want a more fitted look, you may wish to order smaller than usual. |
